The location of the hotel is beautiful, with stunning views of the rolling hills of Emilia-Romagna. the rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. the staff is friendly and accommodating, making for a pleasant stay. the breakfast offerings include a variety of fresh and locally-sourced items, such as fruits and pastries.
There seems to be a noise issue in one of the areas of the hotel, which could make for a less peaceful experience.

We had a car, so 10 minutes drive to casa dei ricordi. Tenute Unite is within walking distance of the hotel. We would definitely recommend it to anyone.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location on the hill over Forli provided breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure that all our needs were met. The breakfast spread was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. We also enjoyed the leisure swimming pool facilities, perfect for a relaxing day by the pool. this place exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and quality services.
We highly recommend this hotel to our friends.

Loved the beautiful park surrounding the hotel and the tasty breakfast provided each morning. The location was perfect for my business trip, with easy access to nearby villages and amenities. Having free wifi was a great added bonus as well.
The staff was absent and not very helpful. , the bathroom was quite dangerous with the shower water going everywhere and making it very slippery.

During my stay, I found the room to be very spacious and well-maintained, with the bathroom being especially clean. The friendly and helpful staff made my experience even better, and the ample parking directly in front of the hotel was convenient. This hotel is situated in a quiet location on the hill and offers lovely views of the area.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The spa water and main pool were of high quality. The bedroom and closets were spacious. Staff and crew were helpful and kind. The breakfast was excellent. The grounds had a lovely fenced area for exercising pets.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

This hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay during my business trip. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. the location was quiet and peaceful, which allowed me to relax after a long day of work. I particularly enjoyed the fenced area around the grounds where I could exercise my dog, and the excellent breakfast with a variety of options to choose from.
